How To Return Your Badge
Download and complete the above form (Please note this form is NOT for refinishing or badge modification). Either contact your dealer or Blackinton Customer Service Group 800-699-4436 before returning your product. We offer a prepaid ship label for the return of your item only when it is a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Return Policy
Blackinton® manufactures the highest quality badges on the market and we stand behind what we sell. All products shipped from our factory are carefully checked, inspected, and packaged before leaving the building. We offer our customers one of the best warranties in the market.
- 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If upon receipt of your order you receive a damaged badge, we will replace and/or fix all flawed and defective material free of charge.
- Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty: In addition to our customer satisfaction guarantee, we carry a lifetime warranty on all badge attachments, and on seals and panels dislodging from your badge. If this occurs during the lifetime of your badge we will take your badge back and repair your badge for free, no questions asked.
- Enamel Warranty: Because HARD enamel is glass, if a badge is dropped the hard enamel could shatter like a drinking glass and this is beyond our control. See our refinishing policy to understand how hard enamel is covered by Blackinton®. If REGULAR enamel dislodges during the lifetime of your badge, we will repair your badge for free.
- This warranty only applies to the original agency who is the intended recipient. The warranty for repair and or refinish does not apply to collectors or a badge collection.
The FlexBadge emblem comes with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee: if you receive a damaged or wrongly produced FlexBadge upon receipt of your purchase, we will replace the defective piece(s) free of charge. The FlexBadge is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the product.
All of our products are custom-made for you. We do not stock finished product (outside of our J-Stock program). We stock raw material and create your badge / insignia / name bar etc. upon receiving your custom order. Therefore we can not accept returns of our non-stock products. We guarantee the manufacturing of our products, and thoroughly inspect for errors and defects. If there is a quality issue with your product, you may return it in new condition under our warranty return policy (above).
