Please understand we will do our best to accommodate you, but our products are custom made and issues out of our control can arise extending our shipping times. If this occurs, after contacting you, we will establish a plan to move your order through the factory as fast as the manufacturing processes allow. We don’t take a finished piece off the shelf and engrave it – your badge is made from raw material. Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders:
The process of producing a hand-crafted quality badge is unavoidably time consuming. Although we carry a large inventory of stock components, they are in a raw state and require additional finishing work prior to assembly. To ensure the promptest delivery of your order, we process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore changes to orders, or cancellations, can only be accepted if they are received within 24 hours after Blackinton receives your original order. After this time orders will be processed as received, and you will be responsible for payment in full.
